Three Forts on the Tay Book Launch

On January 19, Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust celebrated the launch of our latest publication, Three Forts on the Tay, at AK Bell Library in Perth. The event was an informal celebration of the monumental endeavour undertaken by volunteers and those involved in archaeological works during the course of the project.

We were joined by authors, archaeologists and some of the volunteers who took part, and AOC Archaeology kindly showcased a replica of the key find of the project – an almost-intact bronze bird-headed dress pin!
