Public Consultation: Strategic Plan 2026-31

Heritage that works for everyone.

We’ve launched a public consultation for our Strategic Plan 2026-31 so we can best capture the opinions, views and priorities of the people of Perth and Kinross and use them to inform the final draft of our Strategic Plan.

Heritage is not just about the past—it is a powerful force for shaping the future.

Across Perth and Kinross, our historic environment defines who we are, connects communities, supports the economy, and offers solutions to some of today’s biggest challenges—from climate change to inclusive growth.

This strategy sets out how Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust, as an independent Trust, will harness that potential. It is ambitious, collaborative and forward-looking—focused on unlocking the full value of heritage for people, place and future generations.

To do this, we need your input. Your voice and opinions matter, and we’re inviting you to guide the direction of our Strategic Plan.

This is a key moment in the development of the plan, and the information and opinions you provide us through the survey will be used to inform how we shape the plan and deliver our work over the next five years.
